Scarborough COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
Scarborough Health Network (SHN) and our Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) and local partners have come together to rollout the COVID-19 vaccine across our community. We are doing this through vaccine clinic sites and mobile vaccine teams. We are pleased to be keeping our community safe and healthy.

Boosters for Eligible Groups

Eligibility
- Individuals 18+ years of age
- Must have received 2nd dose at least 3 months ago
- Individuals who received a complete series of a viral vector vaccine (two doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine or one dose of the Janssen vaccine) must have received 2nd dose at least 6 months ago
- Pfizer boosters (3rd doses) prioritized for those 18-29 years old
- Moderna boosters (3rd doses) offered for those 30+ years old
What to bring
- Please bring the vaccination receipt for your last dose, if you are able (download a copy from the Ministry’s COVID-19 Vaccination website)
- If your first vaccination dose or doses was with a non-Health Canada approved vaccine, please bring proof of your vaccination status
Individuals who are moderately or severely immunocompromised:
- Receiving active treatment (such as chemotherapy, targeted therapies, immunotherapy) for solid tumour or hematologic malignancies
- Solid-organ transplant recipients taking immunosuppressive therapy
- (CAR)-T-cell therapy or hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients (within 2 years of transplantation or taking immunosuppression therapy)
- Have moderate to severe primary immunodeficiency (such as DiGeorge syndrome, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome)
- Have stage 3 or advanced untreated HIV infection and those with AIDS
- Receiving active treatment with specific immunosuppressive therapies, including anti-B cell therapies (monoclonal antibodies targeting CD19, CD20 and CD22), high-dose systemic corticosteroids, alkylating agents, antimetabolites, or tumor-necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors and other biologic agents that are significantly immunosuppressive
Other important information:
- For 3rd dose: Must have received 2nd dose at least 2 months ago
- For 4th dose: Must have received 3rd dose at least 84 days ago
- Timing of booster dose should be decided with your treating provider in order to optimize the immune response from the vaccine and minimize delays in management of your underlying conditions
- Must bring a proof of treatment note from your care provider, or a list of medications when you arrive at the vaccine clinic
